Agile coach since 2003 whose life and coaching was changed by Norm Kerth's project retrospective book and the Agile Retrospective framework by Esther Derby and Diana Larsen. I would now like to give back to this community by sharing what I have learned through this community. Part of this experience involves retrospectives in the large (>50), applying open space technology, conducting various distributed retrospectives, as well as techniques for keeping retrospectives fresh.
